Live CD stops booting before getting to the final menu.

Downloaded a copy of the pfSense 2.0.2 live cd, created a cd and checked that it boots using Virtualbox.
I am trying to install pfSense onto a HP Proliant DL120 G7, I am using a USB optical drive with the server. The cd boots and starts running through it's boot up process but stops just before
it gets to the main pfSense menu.Any ideas on what could be causing this?
I have attached a pic of where the server stops booting, the "1" a few lines down is due to me pressing the return and 1 keys on the keyboard and not produced by pfSense.

Try 2.0.3: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,58203.msg311614.html#msg311614

Same result using 2.0.3

hmm, ok. Well wait for the next 2.0.3 snap, should be later today, it should at least fix the beep error.

No need to worry, our production firewall is running 2.0.2 (it was installed from a 2.0.0 Live CD), will just swap a disk between the two servers and rebuild the array.

Found the previously used Live CD containing pfSense 2.0.0, this boot into the main menu without issue.
Bug in the current version of pfSense? -
While it might be a problem with the CD on your hardware, it's not a general issue that happens to everyone. Many people that I talk to have used the LiveCD without issue.
Have you tried a 2.1 livecd? http://snapshots.pfsense.org/
