      2.1-BETA1 (i386) Mon Feb 4 03:44:30 snapshot.
      ALIX 2d13 with simple LAN and WAN configured. WAN has a static IPv4 with fixed WAN gateway defined. Routing to internet is working fine.
      Steps to produce the problem:

      1. Open Interfaces-WAN, do not change anything, press save.
        The default route is not in the routing table any more. Thus no internet access.
      2. Go to System-Routing, edit the WAN Gateway, don ot change anything, press save.
        The default route is back, internet works again.

        This was so easily reproduced I thought I would post it here to document it, now I will have a look and see what might be causing this.
