      Hello All,

I am new to pfSense and just open my first question.  I just handled this technology about a week ago and its upgrade time.  :-(

      I just need some clarification

      Here we go.

      From blog below.

      http://blog.pfsense.org/?p=676

It mention of an OS upgrade to 8.1 Release-p13.

Q1.  Does the upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 also upgrade the OS.

Q2.  Also from that blog, it has a list of fixes.  Does all of this covers the upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2?

The reason for asking Q2 is that, I am still at a lost with the listing on the blog.  I am not sure it this is specific for the 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 upgrade or the fixes is general to all upgrades

Apologies, but I am used to upgrade listing info such as:

      1.  List of fixes for Upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2
      2.  List of fixes for Upgrade from 1.x to 2.0.2
      3. etc

Thanks very much in advance and hoping for your patience on a newbie.  :-)

Every release's release notes contain the changes since the last stable release, that's the differences between 2.0.1 and 2.0.2. It does technically "upgrade" the OS because of some security fixes to components within FreeBSD, but it's strictly those security fixes, it's not a completely different version. Still 8.1.
