    Mount usb drive on boot for temp files on embeded system

      Hello,
      I have pfSense installed on a CF for the hardware ALIX.2D13.
      I had connected a usb drive and have mounted it so that the squid files can be put there.

      But what I can't do is mount the usb drive on boot. I can't edit the fstab as the opSys has made that read only.

      any ideas on how I can do this?

        Remount the file system as RW first.  ;)
