    I have a Plex-server in a multi-LAN environment.
This server propagates itself on the Network using uPnP.

I was wondering if I could use http://www.nongnu.org/upnpproxy/ to propagate this server on all the LAN's I'm running with pfsense.

    Update:

I was already able to compile it and run it, but realized I still don't know enough about uPnP to get it working for what I want (Plex). Maybe Plex needs much more….

You don't need that even. IIRC you can use the built-in IGMP proxy to carry UPnP's multicast from one segment to another.
