More than one windows pptp client same host

Dear fellows i have a dynamic ip address on my isp.
i need to connect more than one vpn pptp windows clients to the same remote host.
I can't do it now, only one at the time !!
I have read some article about configuring a vip, and some manual NAT (but i dont have a fixed ip address) !!!
Can any one help me please

There is no pptp-proxy, so it's not supported, at least "officially".
