Squid 3 , some secure sites not able to logon

Hello All,

I have currently Pfsense 2.0.2 x64 with squid3 installed in transparent mode,
recently i got complains about issues with few sites that requires authentication that failing to log on , i tired to add those url into

Bypass proxy for these source IPs

and

Do not cache

options but no way to access those site.
i can access those site trough other connection without Pfsense directly connected to Adsl
those site are as follows
www.techdata.fr
https://ece.partners.extranet.microsoft.com/ece

I really need to have those site accessible for our organization ,if someone have an idea
