What type are DHCP Option 120 and 43

I'm setting up Options 120 and 43 for Lync server and would like to know what types are these options

Option 120 is SIP but when specifying it in Pfsense DHCP Server options i'm not sure what to set the type there!

These are the values which I would like to use in order to activate Pin authentication in our phones for Lync server.
