Max DHCP Server

Dear pfSense enthusiasts,

I need your help for a configuration for one of my customer :

I need to isolate and limit bandwidth on 20/25 different VLAN ( it's for an exhibition center - internet access for exhibitors ).

My idea is to create a DHCP server by VLAN ( small scope, 10 or 20 addresses max - so 20/25 DHCP server ).

Do you think pfSense capable to make this job ? ( Do I need a lot of memory or CPU ? )

Perhaps I go to the wrong way, there is an easier trick !
