      Hi there
      i bought myself this alix system a few days ago :
      http://varia-store.com/Systeme-mit-Software/pfSense/pfSense-Komplettsystem-mit-ALIX-2D13-und-Zubehoer::886.html
      Today I tried to install Squid and Squidguard after i started configuring the black list for Squidguard this error showed up:

      Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 641 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 641

      The design of the webinterface suddenly changed and as soon as i tried to click on another tab it kicked me out I couldnt access the webinterface anymore and it was showing me a error like this user does not have permission for this page or something similar all i could do from there is restart the system now i cant access the webinterface at all it doesnt even show up just says server time out.Is there any solution for this?
      Thanks in advance

        While I haven't seen that particular error happen, blacklists cannot/do not/will not work on ALIX.

        You can use squid and squidGuard on ALIX if you're careful (no logging, no cache, etc) but you can only use your own custom target categories in squidGuard.

        From the sound of it, something corrupted your config.xml.

            Or go to Diag > Backup/Restore, config history tab, and hope that there is still a recent backup held there

                Even if you reset to factory defaults the backups are still there (assuming you haven't made enough changes to push the old ones off)

                The blacklist download and unpacking process needs more space in the RAM disk than the ALIX can use effectively, among other issues, mostly relating to capacity.

                    Anything running a full install with a couple GB of HDD space would be fine. For RAM, I wouldn't run squid with anything less than 1GB, but it could probably work on 512.
