Cyclic Network errors

I'm trying to troubleshoot some strange error with received packets error and found out it is happening at very strangely cyclic intervals - each 10 seconds.

I suspect it can be hardware related - this box uses Intel Pro 1000 nicks, being Dell Poweredge 850

I could continue posting the list but it is absolutely consistent happening once per 10 seconds. I'm puzzled what these 10 seconds can correspond to.
