Is there a way to port-forward Ping without a 1:1 mapping?

There is no ICMP protocol choice under the Port Forwarding section.

Apparently I am forced to do a full "1:1 NAT" 65536-port mapping if I want just HTTP and PING to work from the WAN?

      pfSense Version:
      2.0.2-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Fri Dec 7 22:39:16 EST 2012
      FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE-p13

Either 1:1 ,or have the firewall answer the ping. 1:1 doesn't necessarily forward everything, it's controlled by firewall rules.

          Another note:

On 2.1, there is an ICMP choice in the protocol list for port forwards.
