Inter vlan

so I have three vlans and I'm trying to find out how to set up rules to allow certain computers To communicate on or with multiple vlans. Just to give an idea of what I need,  I want to isolate voip, data, and TV but I would like to be able to manage the TV server and pbx server from my workstation on the data vlan. Mostly it is rdp type stuff that needs to communicate cross vlan.
