Squidguard block two particualr websites

Hello All,

pfSense 2.0.1
squid
squidGuard

Working in a k-12 school setting you can imagine the never ending battle of trying to block websites from day to day with the little angels that find these out.
We have run into two particular websites that I simply can not block,,even with trying to set up an alias for each of the two similar to https sites…via firewall rules.

Anyone had any luck blocking these in any fasion?

Hey Barry!

I got it blocked it using squid and squidguard!

My settings squid on transparent proxy and on squidguard with blacklist "http://www.shallalist.de/Downloads/shallalist.tar.gz",

denied these two "[blk_BL_hobby_games-misc] - [blk_BL_hobby_games-online]" on both tabs Common ACL and Groups ACL!
and it blocked those two websites.!

One more thing about squidguard after making all the changes inside move to the "General settings" tab and scroll to the end and SAVE the settings first and then HIT apply on top of the same page.
