      Hello,
I hope someone can help us with this.
We've had a couple of normal computers running a full version of pfsense to do Captive portal and squid/squidguard Content filtering (No caching) for one of our customers public use wifi and we've recently purchase two ALIX 2D3 and set them up but because /var is a RAMDisk (limited writes on compactflash is the reason for this I think) the blacklist is too big to fit in the drive and smaller blacklists are lost on reboot.

I've looked around the forums for a solution and people have this working but I cannot seem to figure out how, I not however have much experience with freebsd or unix.

      Any help would be welcomed.
