Squid error page - HAVP Could not read headers

Hello Guys,

i v got a squid - squidguard and HAVP setup.
Squid transparent and HAVP as parent for squid.

When i set the error page to: "int" i get a HAVP error page like (when a page got blocked):

End when i change this option to ext url (pointed to www.google.be) nothing gets blocked at all!

can anybody help me so i get a decent error page
