Can only create single static DHCP record

Installed brand spanking new 2.1 x64 snapshot last night. Am just using it as a DHCP and OpenVPN appliance only. Only configured a LAN subnet, disabled WAN. Created two DHCP lease zones in the /20 that the LAN subnet occupies. DHCP UI only allows me to create a single DHCP reservation at this point. Any subsequent addition simply overwrites the previous entry.
