I have been trying to get my external Ip on 2 of the my Wans to push an external ip to an internal Ip with all ports. When I think i have this setup correctly it just shows pfsense dashboard when i go to the ip. I am attaching my settings.

Why is your WebFileServices on a different /29 network when the other IPs are on a /32 subnet?

Also, if you're trying to access an internal device from your internal network using that device's external IP address, there's a good chance it's going to return the pfSense login page, or in your case the dashboard since you're already logged in.  You need to test it from a WAN connection that is not part of your pfSense installation.
