Hi,
Since all google domains are tied to the same net block, if you do a IP based filtering, you will block Google too. I was deling with it, the only way that I found to get it done was by using my own internal DNS server, there I configured BIND with views, I build a view with a manipulated registers for yahoo.com and that did the job. You can configure ACL at BIND.

In my context opendns just is not an option, I needed to block just a bunch of workstations, not all, in the other hand SquidGuard is good but only works with HTTP protocol, the filter can be circunvented by putting the prefix HTTPS in the youtube, facebook or twitter URLs. You must support SquidGuard blocking facebook and twitter or any other target, with a firewall rule filtering HTTPS port with destination to before mentioned domain net blocks.

You can just assign those machines the open dns ip addresses the rest could reach another dns server, skipping the policy's. Ok its not the best professional option, but it would still work?
