Ping VIP without using 1:1 NAT ?
-
v2.0.3 Release:
Does anyone know how I can get a WAN VIP Address to respond to ping,
without using 1:1 NAT to expose everything to a device? -
1:1 NAT doesn't expose everything, only what your firewall rules permit. With CARP or IP alias VIPs you can let the firewall respond to pings on them.
