      Hi guys,
We have used PfSense for some time in the company now. It has been done a great job, but I always had the two logins problem, one for Active Directory and one for VPN. After some research I have learned we can use LDAP authentication with PfSense. There are great tutorials on the following links.

I've created a virtual environment with a test Active Directory and it works fine! However, when I have tried on my production enviroment I have got the following errors when I use the Save and Test button in the user manager.

Attempting to fetch Organizational Units from failed

And the following in the System Log.

May 22 15:20:39 php: /diag_logs_filter.php: ERROR! ldap_get_groups() could not bind to server AD.
May 22 15:20:40 php: /diag_logs.php: ERROR! ldap_get_groups() could not bind to server AD.

I do believe the problem should be my production active directory. However, I do not know how to know the problem and how to solve it, since the messages are generic ones and I do not get the actual exception (http://www.allthemob.com.au/tiki-index.php?page=PfSenseAuthentication).

Is there a way the get the exception to I try to solve the problem?

      Best regards!
