Squid, cache creation is longer that squid restart?

Hi.

Suppose that u need to re-create squid cache dir:

squid -zX

And your cache dir is big, u shutdown squid, run the command, but pfsense monitor start squid before the command that creates all the cache dir process finish.

How can u avoid this?

I setup a batch for this but the monitor is faster.

Pfsense 2.0.3, squid 2.x.
