Dual WAN with dual LAN respective Foreign

Lan1 out from Wan1
Lan2 out from Wan2
If I would Wan1 or Wan2 using DHCP is normal
But if it is a failure to set a fixed IP
ping will return "Request time out"
Will there need to be modified to help inform about
