Have installed siproxd, and configured as follows:

Inbound Interface: LAN
Outbound Interface: WAN
Listening Port: 5060

Enable RTP Proxy: Enable
RTP Port range (lower): 7070
RTP Port range (upper): 7079
RTP Stream Timeout: 300

Expedited RTP Forwarding: yes
Expedited SIP Forwarding: yes

And added a rule on WAN to Pass requests From Any, Type TCP/UDP, Destination WAN Address, Destination Port Range 7070-7079.

In system logs, i have the following:

My phone is configured to use my pfsense internal IP as proxy, however it cannot register.
Services > siproxd > registered phones does not list any phones.
And when the phone attempts to register, I get more of these lines logged:
