Here's what I'm doing and have done.

      -Fresh install
-Restored config from old install (same versions)
      -Reboots as necessary

      -Generate CSR
-Go to Geotrust RapidSSL (via namecheap)
      -Input CSR (server: other)
      -Receive email with cert
-Paste Cert into the field for it

      And then I get

The following input errors were detected:

The certificate modulus does not match the signing request modulus.

So I'm lost as to what to do.  I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here.

Just wanted to post a followup.

This is a problem with reissuing a rapidssl certificate via namecheap.
If anyone else has this issue, contact namecheap and ask them to allow you to reissue the cert directly from Geotrust's interface rather than their own (they may have to enable a link for you as well).
