      Hi,
      I downloaded 2.1 RC0 to an Alix board today (clean install) and creating a PPP interface wouldn't show the plugged in 3g Modem (Sierra Wireless), although the System logs showed it recognised the interfaces etc when plugged it.
      Replacing with a 2.1 beta image from Jan 2013 on a clean CF card: everything worked…
