I would like to know is, if the opportunity for a full-fledged proxy?
Squid like present
I've seen elsewhere in the similar question was raised, but it would be desirable to have information on Russian.

You'll have to define 'full fledged proxy'. You have Squid available and Squidguard or Dansguardian if you want filtering options.
