PFsense hang without message

Hi since few weeks, my PFsense cluster hang without any message. The keyboard is not functionnal, no log, no kernel panic, nothing. Happilly, I have a cluster and the secondary takes the job, and hang too few hours laters…
I test the memory to check if it is a hardware problem and no defect
I put a script to check the MBUF Usage and table usage, but the level is very low.How can I solve this problem ? I try to upgrade to the last version (Tue Jun 25 17:39:13 EDT 2013) and the problem persists.
I am on Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz with 2.1-RC0 (amd64), on e1000 cards.

Maybe it is related : I have a permanent rate of interrupt (detected by Munin) which is really high : 70% of my first CPU. Usually, the rate is arround 0.
How can I debug this issue ?
