      I have set up traffic shaping for my neighbor and it has worked for months. Until i went over there to work on there computer and noticed they were not rate limited.
      So I started digging into it and for some reason Traffic Shaping is not working with any ip I try to limit. I don't know if updating to PF 2.0.3 broke anything.

      I have tried deleting all the rules and rebooting the firewall and then reentering the rules with no luck.

        Well I figured it out. For some reason I had to change the rule to "ANY" protocol from "TCP/UDP".

        It was working with the protocol "TCP/UDP". Don't know if the update broke it.
