Jul 5 10:51:18 filterdns: adding entry 49.244.249.129 to table INF_inet_ips on host adsl-skt-inf.dyndns-ip.com
Jul 5 11:51:18 filterdns: Different hostnames(adsl-skt-inf.dyndns-ip.com - wlink-pfr-inf.dyndns-ip.com) resolve to same ip address

I am getting quite a few of these messages, when actually the 2 names in the message resolve to very different IP addresses.
I do have some names in the alias that are for new sites that are not yet installed, so those names all resolve to the same "dummy" IP address until the sites are installed and start doing dynamic DNS for themselves.
So, I expect some of these messages, but not for the pairs of names that are reported.
Is there a little bug in filterdns that is reporting the wrong pair of names?

As the Greek philosopher Isosceles used to say, "There are 3 sides to every triangle."

There were some recent changes to that code, a bug is possible.

Did any other (different) hosts share an IP with either of the ones reported right then? It should have logged the IPs as it found them.
