First of all, yes, i know that this may be is not a good practice, but theres scenarios that you may trying to use a subversion server just to keep track in a simplified layer.

Is there a way to install the subversion packages in order to have a svn server? integrated as package, i've searched, but seems that no one has… and i have no clue to get this running.

    Thanks for your help, ;D

may be able to pkg_add it.

Note it's a bad idea to ever use pkg_add on a production firewall. It could break things, and open you up to security holes.
