      Guys,

      I have a brand new OPNsense Dual Ghz rack edition- 19" pfSense appliance running 2.01 which i am trying to upgrade to 2.03.

      Its failing because of the below of an error with unzip the .img.gz file. But it also appears that the flash card is 75% full with only 50mb or so left space wise. I guess this is why the upgrade is failing as there is not enough space to unpack the file. I am confused as to why the card is 75% full with a brand new system?

      Any help appreciated.

        Automatic or manual upgrade? If manual, what is the name of the file you are attempting to use in the upgrade?
