Install pfsense 2.0.3 five times and after a reboot pfsense locked me out at each time. Why? Is there a cost
for use pfsense? Who can access my system if it's not me?Excuse for the strange question.

Please give more details of what you mean by "locked me out".
How were you trying to get in to the system? What was reported when you attempted that?

There is no cost to use pfsense, unless you voluntarily choose to donate to the cause.
More detail is certainly needed - what you mean by "locked out" - what you seen on the screen connected to the computer (unless you are using a screenless appliance type install - a screen can be handy for the initial setup and debugging.) What you see when you connect a computer to the LAN and go to the pfsense web interface (which has a well-documented initial username and password - also, you can reset the password form the console at any time unless you get into the system and change default settings that are biased in favor of NOT getting locked out.)
