I have problem with my motherboard that use Intel Chipser H77 with Qualcomm Atheros 1 GB LAN.

I suggest you try a pfSense 2.1 snapshot build. pfSense 2.1 is based on FreeBSD 8.3 which has much more up to date device drivers than FreeBSD 8.1 which is used in pfSense 2.0.x.

Is it safe in production env?
I mean upgrade to snapshot from Relase 2.0.3?Regards,

Generally the snapshots are "good enough" but there are sometimes problems with particular snapshots or certain features of particular snapshots.
