Edit pfsense from CLI and not show in webGUI

Theres any way to edit rules, alias etc from CLI and not display in webGui?

For varying values of "edit".

If you just want to add a rule, "easyrule" has a command line version. Type it without any arguments to see the syntax.

If you want to remove a rule or change it, not so much. It could be done with some difficulty from the PHP shell, or by hand editing the config.xml file and issuing a manual filter reload.
