PFSense 2.0.3-RELEASE (i386) - Crash Report

  • Rebel Alliance Developer Netgate

There isn't enough info in that crash dump to speculate - was that all that showed up? Usually there is a lot more, including a backtrace.

  • Might be pfsense…

Dying hardware, capacitors, memory, psu etc also causes crashes.

  • Sorry for the late reply.

Additional details of the crash report: (Its a long crash report but almost the same content from top to bottom)

  • Rebel Alliance Developer Netgate

Even higher odds on failing hardware. Power, RAM, overheating, etc…

  • Last time that happened to me, the computer would reliably fail during a prime95 test, but it was capacitor on the mobo, not ram causing the issue.
