        Nope!
Neither of those Atom based boards will reach 100Mbps OpenVPN. You might get 60-70Mbps. See here for test results from a D510.

Is there a cheap and power-saving alternative?

Depends how cheap and how much power you can spare.  ;)
A system based on a low end Sandy Bridge CPU can be build relatively cheaply and uses surprisingly little power. For example: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,44269.0.html

So the following should do it?

              Intel Celeron G465
              +
              Intel DH61AGL

I would have thought so though I've never seen any test reports from that. I've seen people recommend avoiding the g440 because of its low cache size. The g465 is not much better. Maybe go for the g530t or similar, at least those are dual core.

Its not available here in germany anymore.
May the G630T or G1610T could make it?
