System user manager php system log error

Anyone know what causes this?
php: /system user manager.php: Tried to remove user but got user pw instead. Bailing.
On my backup unit in which i restored the config from my primary unit, same hardware and pfsense versions, 2.0.3

Looks like you might have a blank user entry in that config.xml.
Make sure you don't have any entries like "<user>" in there. If you do, remove them. Also make sure it doesn't exist on the primary. If it does, you'll need to fix it there, too.</user>
