Deviding the internet speed.

I have 16 mb internet.I put it in wan ethernet and i have 2 lan ethernet. I want to devide 6 mb internet to 1 lan and 10 mb internet to the other lan.

Is it posibble this action on pfsense.If it is how i configure the device.
