I have NIC which is'nt supported by default pfSense kernel/installation. However, I do have kernel module which seems to work fine in running system (from HDD). I imported it simply by using usb memory stick.

Since that HDD is too big for fitting into mini-ITX case I am forced to use usb stick and nanoBSD installation.

How should I go about temporarily changing nanoBSD root file system writeable so I could copy the kernel module over?
