I have my isp's settings and I've entered the static IP and gateway IP but I cannot find where to enter their subnet mask.

It is entered as CIDR notation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classless_Inter-Domain_Routing#CIDR_notation
It's a drop down, part of the IP address. If you're looking for 255.255.255.0 or similar you won't see it.

dok I am not in need of your arrogance. Sorry that i didn't notice the 2mm by 2mm CIDR drop down.  Forums are for helping others, not for condescending people for no reason.

Stephenw thank you for your kind and helpful response.
