Package reload hangs

I have tried to reload the packages installed on 1.0.1 by going to backup/restore, and the processs starts but stays at Loading Package information (second line) and stops there. I have left the process overnight with no luck.

Any idea what might be casusing it to hang? I am trying to reload it because BandwidthD has stopped showing me results.
