Change destination IP

Hi,
is it possible with pfSense (probably with Outbound NAT) to force an IP change?

I want that all outbound request to 1.2.3.4 have to be remapped to 1.2.3.5 by the Firewall

How can I do that?

You'd do it with inbound NAT.
Configure it on the interface the packet is coming in on, set the destination to 1.2.3.4 and the redirect IP to 1.2.3.5.
