      Hi.
I don't see the "Packages" in my pfSense web interface.
My version is 1.0.1 on a Soekris net4501.
      I wish to install Ntop…
      What is the problem?
      Thank you very much!
      Bye.

Packages are not available on embedded installs of pfSense.

If you're running on a Soekris you most probably have the embedded version installed.
Packages are on the embedded version not supported.

You could put a Macrodrive (Harddisk in CF-Format) into your Soekris and install the full version.

Or: I think somewhere is a thread about how you can install packages manually on the embedded version (but it's not supported).

ntop is not going to work on a 4501 even if you did run a full install on a microdrive. It requires way too much RAM to function on a system with only 64 MB. pfSense technically isn't even supported on less than 128 MB, though for some purposes 64 MB will suffice.
