Outlook.com not block but wont display login page

i just encountered this problem last day.
when one of my user used outlook.
FYI i used squid3+dansguardian.

I already allow outlook even put it in url and site exception,
still when i try to access its page, it only shows blank screen.
i know its not block maybe just something to do with flash or html,
i even also put its extension used in exception list.
still same result.

any idea will do.

Outlook.com uses more sub domain zones to load the page, so just unblocking outlook.com will not work. Under the code, its secretly pulling data from other website domains. Look at the code its requesting.. Do some network sniffing. Squid can sometimes be a paid. Try using TCPview from Microsoft on the client and try and understand what the client is requesting.
