Monitor bug, please advise.

Can someone tell me why my setup will sporadically show this error (included in the picture attachment)?

I don't really understand what's going on, otherwise I see a latency spike each time - though I never disconnect.

Someone was saying that it was a bug with "apinger", and right before the last release of 2.1, one snapshot seemed to have corrected the problem.
