      Hi all,

      I am trying to install the latest version of pfsense on proxmox using a HP n40L server as the hardware. As soon as pfsense boots I get the following error:

      Fatal trap 9: general protection fault while in kernal mode

      I have  google this and tried a few things but nothing has worked so far does anyone have a solution for this ?

        Have you tried this?

         set hw.clflush_disable=1
 boot
