IPSEC+VPC AMAZON(Resolved)

good afternoon

I created a VPNipsec with Amazon VPC, where amazon is the ip subnet 10.0.0.0/16 and my subnet is 192.168.0.0/19

My host can ping the 10.0.0.51 host, but the host 10.0.0.51 can not ping the  host 192.168.11.227

Note: I can ping the interface of the pfsense lan 192.168.10.2

I need to create a Nat or Route?
