I've looked around and seen it mentioned a few times in other issues but I didn't see a clear explanantion what this means and what to do about it…

I run pfSense 2.1, freeradius2 (for CP), transparant proxy.
These entries show up pretty much every night, every day, around the same time.

Why is Radius giving that error/message? What does it mean?
Why is Squid constantly rebuilding/reloading? How do I know it works and if it doesn't what do I do to make it work?

      Thanks for any insights.

Do you have any cron job running or WAN disconnects every night at this time? This could cause filter reloads and so some services restart.

When running a pfsense 2.1BETA version I notices similar "problems" with freeradius2 package but is was still working afterwards without problems.

If I remember correct I read something here in the forum from jimp that this could be related to the fact how services will be restarted. But I am not sure.

That freeradius has so many entries is "normal" because the freeradius.inc has many places where config changes needs a restart of the service to take effect. You wil also see that when rebooting pfsense and freeradius2 starts the first time. You will also recognize that when you do any changes on freeradius2 ldap or mysql or settings.
