I couldn't find this suggestion on the forum so I figured I'd post it.
For some reason the symlink /usr/local/www/bandwidthd was pointing to /usr/pbi/bandwidthd-amd64/bandwidthd/htdocs which only contains a single index.html file with a message

Please start bandwidthd to populate this directory.

      Bandwidthd generates data in /usr/local/bandwidthd/htdocs.
So I just updated symlink and now bandwidthd graphs are accessible again.

      ln -s /usr/local/bandwidthd/htdocs /usr/local/www/bandwidthd
